The ideal range for buffet service as each item is boldly inscribed with the contents in large lettering on the front of the pot. Being stainless steel it will not taint the contents and is virtually unbreakable. It will keep the contents cold or hot for longer, up to 8 hours at 60c and can be operated with one hand as the push button release is just above the handle.
