A heavy duty stockpot designed to withstand the rigors of a busy commercial kitchen. Made with 18/4 stainless steel it has a 5mm encapsulated aluminium base giving excellent heat. The handles are also of stainless steel and are each attached with four rivets and they remain cooler to ensure security when moving a full pan. Being stainless steel it is suitable for all heat sources including induction and can be washed in a dishwasher. Lid are available to buy separately.
