A medium duty stewpan designed to withstand the rigors of a busy commercial kitchen. Made with 99.5% pure aluminium it has a 6-8mm base giving excellent heat distribution plus rims of the same thickness for durability. The handles are of stainless steel and are each attached with four rivets and they remain cooler to ensure security when moving a full pan. The body is satin washed both inside and out and the base is emery brushed to ensure a super flat surface. Being aluminium it is suitable for all heat sources except induction and must be hand washed.
