This sauce pan has a 5mm aluminium base which is totally encapsulated in 18/4 stainless steel meaning you get the excellent heat distribution properties of aluminium in a pan that can be used on any heat source. The handle is hollow to reduce heat and riveted to the body for greater strength. A stainless steel lid to suit, code NKP741 is sold separately.
