The Lynx 400 Bain Marie can be used as an additional heated storage unit when space is sparse. Supplied with two gastronorm ¼ GN "Super Pan II's for serving anything from sauces and custard to pasta and chill. The temperature can be adjusted through the manual thermostat to suit the food in the pans.
