Very simple waterproof over trousers made with 300D polyester PU coated fabric and have two bands of 50mm retro-reflective tape on lower leg. All the seams are waterproof taped, there are two pockets and the waist is elasticated for comfort. The ankles have studs if required. Conforms to EN20471 Class 3.
