This porcelain gastronorm conforms To BS4034 for vitrified hotelware quality standard for durability in use and is made from clays, specially selected, to give a brighter white ensuring a better presentation than comparable porcelain alternatives. The edge is rolled to ensure durability and greater chip resistance and the glaze gives high stain resistance. It has excellent heat retention plus outstanding thermal shock resistance.
