VeriGreen® Flexy-Glasses are linked to 100% waste sunflower oil via mass balance, that is sourced primarily from used cooking oil. This is converted into polypropylene, giving it all the advantages of a lightweight, stackable, transparent, and most importantly, a fully recyclable, flexy glass. Not only is this more environmentally friendly than a standard flexy glass, but they also have several advantages over paper cups too, such as clear sight of measures, better head retention on lager and beer, and greater rigidity, all of which can help reduce complaints and wastage at point of sale. There is also less confusion about recyclability, as they can be recycled along with standard Polypropylene plastics.
