Designed for use with melamine buffet platters, which are sold separately, and made of ultra-clear polycarbonate this cover has a high resistance to breakages, food acids and oils and is safe to use at temperatures of 100c. The lid is stackable which helps save space when stored and has a built in handle to ease removal when in use.
