This Caterwrap brand catering baking parchment has a silicon coating on both sides and is ideal for baking all types of cakes, biscuits, meringues and soufflés. There is no need to grease tins, just cut to shape and line them with the paper. The paper can also be used to make icing bags either to fit with a nozzle or to use with just the top cut to from its own.
