A straightforward baking dish, essential in any kitchen, both commercial and domestic. The ubiquitous baking dish has a multitude of uses. This one is particularly good because it's manufactured from high quality aluminium of up to 2mm thickness which reduces twisting in use and helps prolong its life. Aluminium is an excellent heat conductor and very hygienic but needs to be hand washed.
