A chafing dish is a very useful, if not to say, essential item for buffet service. They are brilliant buffet warmers and a great way of heating food over long periods of time. This particular unit is compatible with traditional chafing fuel and electric induction plates, and comes with a detachable hydraulic motion lid for ease of cleaning. It features a water return system which means condensation returns to the water pan instead of the food pan. The frame, which comes complete with fuel holders and induction plate holders, is sold separately - code NNE1782. The unit is made from taint free stainless steel for strength and durability.
