Concentrated All Purpose Detergent for cleaning of Hard Surfaces.It is an optimal blend of anionic, nonionic surfactants and alkali, which makes it effective for removal of grease and dried-on foodIt. It conforms to SABS 1828 'Cleaning Chemicals for use in the food industry'. A mild alkaline liquid detergent suitable for manual cleaning of all surfaces in the kitchen.The sequestrant in the formulation makes it suitable for all water conditions and does support cleaning performance.
