CHINAThis is a heavy aluminium, non-stick frying pan that is suitable for use on all heat sources including induction, provided the ring size is correct. The coating is the new Teflon Profile which combines traditional Teflon with silicone carbide to form a textured surface then all coated with a performance polymer, all ensuring a better and longer lasting non-stick surface. In common with all such items the pan should never be washed in a dishwasher.
