These wipes are super effective against E-coli, Salmonella, Enterococcus, Listeria, C-diff, MRSA and H1N1 Influenza A virus and substantially reduce the risk of cross contamination. Each wipe will cover an area of around 1 sqm on a non-porous surface. Wipe and leave to dry for five minutes before using the utensil or surface for maximum protection. They are recommended for use on food preparation surfaces and temperature probes. They are paced in a dispensing tub.
