This is an excellent base coat sealer for linoleum, terrazzo, rubber, PVC and thermoplastic floors. It has no effect on the colour of the floor and does not yellow with age. Apply two thin coats with a lint free mop or cloth, leaving the first to dry completely, around 60 minutes. Being resistant to polish strippers one treatment will last a very long time.
