The Falcon Pro-Lite LD22 electric Salamander grill is a powerful 13amp, 2.8kW unit which rapidly heats to any one of its six temperature settings. The rack supplied is nickel plated and will not tilt and can be put into four different positions. The unit will also accommodate a 1/2GN tray. It is double cased, the exterior being stainless steel and internally insulated and has a removable stainless steel drip tray for ease of cleaning. This is the ideal salamander whether you are simply cooking toast, melting toppings or grilling fish etc.
