A very useful kitchen tool. It can be used to tenderise tough meat with the spiked side of its head or to flatten meats such as chicken and veal, with the flat side. It is of solid aluminium constriction so can withstand pretty hard wallops and is easy to hand wash as it should not be put into a dishwasher.
