ACID-FOAM is an acid foaming chemical, developed to be used with Santoemma machines. Its periodical use is indicated for cleaning and removing scale from the surfaces of equipment and walls in the food industry (dairy industry, wine industry, confectionary industry and meat processing industry). Laboratory tests certify that the application of ACID-FOAM on a surface for 3 minutes allows to kill 99,9% of bacteria, confirming the effectiveness of its sanitizing action. ACID-FOAM is recommended for H.A.C.C.P. procedures.
