Engineered with servers in mind, this lightweight fajita rack design with rubber feet includes a handle for easy transportation from kitchen to table. The ring diameters are universal to accommodate standard size plates as well as a Tortilla Server, Tortilla Warmer, as well as a Cast Iron Fajita Platter with Underliner (all sold separately). The rack can fit plates up to a 25cm diameter; the base of the plate cannot exceed 19cm. The perfect kit for serving mouth-watering fajitas in style.
